Nearly everyone feels nourished and renewed when we spend time in Nature. These retreats support and deepen our experience of the healing qualities of the the five elements in ourselves and in nature. Experiences are drawn from Asian practices of connecting to earth, water, fire, wind and space, to heal, renew, and bring balance to ourselves as well as to the earth itself. Includes instruction and practice in basic Tibetan Yoga, group meditation and time in nature (weather permitting) to enjoy and experience the natural environment.
